You read that right! Bring in your favorite vendors or select from our recommendations. Our preferred vendors are familiar with our regulations and procedures.
You are welcome to supply your own food and alcoholic beverages, however you must complete our liability waiver prior to serving food or alcohol on the premises.
Our prep kitchen is to be used for final food presentation, plating and bussing only. We do not provide serving utensils, heating elements, pots or pans.
We do all of the heavy cleaning once your event is over, but we ask that all food and trash is disposed in the outdoor trash cans on site before your departure.
We offer glassware, charger plates and china for a nominal fee. White linen is standard with all rentals; additional colors and textures are available for an additional fee.
